On Create - JIRA nFeed (custom field) loading issue from global navigation

Hi all,
Currently (out of the blue) if our group was to click create while in the dashboard or any global navigation view, nfeed custom fields do not display results.
If we go into the project, then click create, the fields display properly. This is a new issue, any idea what is causing this to happen? I have not upgraded any add-ons since last Wednesday.
Note: Not a scriptrunner issue; was uninstalled when troubleshooting.

From developer tools: UAT works, PROD does not.
