I installed Jira Vote for Comments. As admin, i can vote and i see votes. But other users cannot. Is there anything what i missed?

I have the same situation.

As there is no document, I do not know if you have to allow project-specific stuff. Maybe, when you're allowed to "Vote", maybe you can like as well?

Don't know.
