I installed Jira Vote for Comments. As admin, i can vote and i see votes. But other users cannot. Is there anything what i missed?

It appears that every issue updated throws a warn message for this addon.  This is clogging our logs.  How can I disable the warn messages for this addon? Example of the entry in the log: ...

...but after I installed this product directly I cannot find the like/dislike button.  Can you please describe where it is in the issue?
