PLUGIN ISSUE - JIRA 0- Email This Issue APP

Hi,

I installed the plugin in the JIRA CLOUD app '' EMAIL THIS ISSUE '' Version:1.2.16-AC - 

I am having much difficulties to find the solutions:-

1) Do i need to configure the Mail handler manually ? i have not setup any thing automatically and on the ticket the link shows me EMAIL this issue and i am using it to test the functions according to my criteria 

2) The sender for the email i want is project name on jira. & not JETI or xxx...

Currently i am getting this MESSAGE <do-not-reply@mycompanyname.jeti.cloud>;  i dont want to show my company name, and want to use the name of the project according to the JRIA project name.

3) when the external contact wants to answer, the message will be send to my company name email :- 

jira@companyname.atlassian.net ,

I want same again something according to the project name which is for the other company we are using on JIRA.

4) There is no trace of the email sent in the ticket logs when i use this feature : - email this issue. 

Looking forward ASAP for all the answers

Issue resolved, read the documentation and have to setup the SMTP server settings. Thank you
