Hi everyone, we have run BigPicture several weeks for evaluation on our JIRA cloud account, all seems OK but then its suddenly not accessible. The screen said that big picture need more permission to browse user.
Then we follow instruction to add bigpicture user into group and assign them into browse user permission. This step is working fine for BigGantt but never work for BigPicture.
Is there anyone who have the same issue? please share the solutions if you have.

Thank you for raising this issue and letting us know.
I spoke to our Cloud Dev Team Lead and was instructed to suggest you to make sure that the gantt_access has permissions to 'Create Shared Objects' and 'Browse Users' (as per instruction in this article).
If it does indeed, please contact us via or ServiceDesk and our support team will schedule a dedicated WebEx session in order to troubleshoot the issue.

Its worked, after I add additional permission to create_shared_object.
