Problem with multiple "Compare Value" condition in the same rules

Hello,

I have a rule with multiple "Compare Value" for setting the priority field depending of the values of 2 select fields (event = issue created or issue updated) ... but only the first condition (If-And-Then) is running and never the 8 others !

Any ideas ?

And in this case, if a user update the fields 10102 and 10103 using "Inline edition" then the priority field will be updated automaticelly and then new value visible without refreshing the issue's page ?

Hi,

I think you have a slightly wrong idea of how the rule works. The rule chain executes these components one after the other. It doesn't branch or do "if/else" on conditions.

We don't current support "else" but are planning on it.

In the mean time, you can create a new rule for each conditions or branch for each condition using something like:
