We were testing the Tempo Planner add-on recently and have since decided not to pursue a purchase of the license. When we uninstalled the add-on, we assumed that all relevant data would also be removed, however; we have learned that this was not he case.
While using Project Configurator to export and import project configurations, we started to get errors that identified the Account field as being present, but not being associated with the field configuration scheme.
After checking the customfield table in the database, we saw that 4 Temp fields still existed and also learned that multiple issues had null values associated with the same field in the customfieldvalue table.
We have been deleting the issues, but we cannot seem to get the fields removed. Prior to physically removing them from the database, does anyone have suggestions to correct he issue?
I've tried to contact Tempo, but not received a response.

If you go to custom fields - are those tempo custom fields linked to any screens?
Maybe those tempo fields are not removed from screens that are being used for issues and hence you have this problem?
