Cannot create test case, cycle, plan in Zephyr Scale

Hi there,

I can't create any folders in Zephyr Scale even if the permission has already been disabled.

I enabled the permission as per the screenshot below

I created 2 folders, and then the permission is off again.

 

Please advise. Thank you!

The only thing I can think of is that Zephyr Scale is inheriting permission settings from your  Jira user record and overriding your manual enable of those permissions.  I'm not sure why that is though.  I would contact SmartBear Support for a definitive answer - they are quick to respond and you will get the answer you need.

Also, SmartBear has a user led Zephyr Scale Community where you can get support on questions like this - I'm active on that board.
