Gantt Charts

Brendan Ryan February 12, 2018

On my gantt chart I have multiple tasks that are past due, but only one of them shows the "exclamation" alert to easily identify them. The other past due tasks do have due dates, the only different that I have seen to this point is that the one with the alert has a sub-task.

Hi Brendan,

There are multiple Gantt Chart apps on the Marketplace -- please clarify which one you are asking about.

Thanks,
Igor

Hi Igor,

Thanks for the quick follow-up. Unfortunately I do not know which app we are using. How would I determine that? I've looked through the settings but have been unable to locate the version. If it helps, it wasn't an app that we purchased, it was included when we did our latest JIRA upgrade about six months ago.

Hi Brendan,

If you are a Jira administrator, then you should have the "gear icon" menu in the top right corner, and there you can click "Add-ons". Switch to "Manage Add-ons" page and you'll see a list of apps that you have installed. You can copy/paste a list here if you don't see which of those is Gantt charts.

If you are not an administrator, then you can make a screenshot of your Gantt chart and post it here, so we'll try to identify the product. Or you can ask your Jira admin to help.

Kind regards,
Igor
