Hi,
I'm planning to migrate HP ALM assets to Xray but facing many challenges regarding test lab part in ALM (folders, test sets, tests results).
Any idea how to proceed?
Thanks
Ahmed
Hi Ahmed,
All the process from Migrations of HP ALM to Xray is described in our support documentation: Import & Export

Hi Ahmed,
On the Configuration options, you can select to import the hierarchical Test Organization (migrate hierarchical information from HP ALM/QC's "Test Plan" to Xray's Test Repository).
If you need additional help we suggest contacting our support team here.

Hi @José Domingues _Xray_ , we are unable to use the Importer due to technical restrictions from HP ALM side. We contacted your support and waiting for an answer. Do you have any documentation, on how to migrate using CSV?

Hi @Yassin BEN-NACEUR _FlowZess_
Since you have contacted our support, you probably already have this answered.
Nevertheless, here is the documentation of Xray's Test Case Importer, which describes how it works and the format it requires. If you can generate the information in the format that the Test Case Importer reads, you can use it to import it into Xray.
