I currently have 4 issue types in JIRA that I am using to connect to Salesforce using the servicerocket connector.
Following the following guide,
I have been able to get the Reporter and Owner ID field to map and work as expected, however, for some reason it is not working on any other issue type. Does anyone have any ideas?
I've been using the Import mappings config and I just copied and pasted the working settings into the other settings and no luck.
I've also tried manually adding a single mapping and even that is causing a JIRA Validation failed error. I know it's caused by Reporter - Owner ID because when disabled, the PUSH/PULL works successfully.
Note: I am mapping several hundred users, is there some kind of limit?
Hi @Michael Hsu!
We are here to help you!
Can you please provide us with the following information?
We would recommend you to raise a support ticket in our Support Portal since the mapping JSON might contain sensitive information. Please do inform us if you have any issue while creating the ticket in our Support Portal.
Hey @Kevin Lew [ServiceRocket],
I figured out the issue was due to the Reporter field not being available on the creation screen I was using for some of these Issue Types.
Appreciate the quick response.
