Dear All,

i am using insight add on for asset management , while creating ticket through REST api, i am getting 

"errorMessages":[],"errors":{"customfield_XXXX":"data was not an array" error,

can anybody help on this.

It is not possible as it is written in the documentation:

All Insight custom fields are using ARRAYs of keys, even if you only work with single Insight custom fields
