jira.permission.edit.reporter=granted doesnt seem to work

Hi,

 

I am trying to restrict edit permissions in a workflow tranistion only to reporter. So as a part of that I have used jira.permission.edit.reporter=granted. But this doesnt seem to work.
Can anyone help me on this on how to restrict edit permissions only to reporter

Did you try

jira.permission.edit = denied

jira.permission.edit.reporter=granted

I tried with above.But didnt work.Edit button is not enabled still
