Unable to install the free trial JMWE add on in my cloud instance

I am not able to install the free trial of JMWE in my cloud instance. 

Even after I click on the Free trial button, some installation is going on in background but this add on is not installed. 

I need to show the POC to my management to buy this add on. Kindly do the needful. Please allow me to install the trial version of this addon in my JIRA cloud instance .

That is correct. Add-on installation is entirely managed by Jira/Atlassian, and thus any installation issue must be reported to Atlassian support.
