Unable to see team entries in Tempo Team Timesheet

Hi there my fellow Atlassian Community members,

I've a problem with the correct setup of the JIRA Tempo Plugin. I've the following setup in our JIRA cloud instance:

- I'm a jira-administrator;

- in JIRA / System / Global Permissions the jira-administrators role is linked to Tempo Administrator & Tempo Team Administrator permissions;

- in Tempo, I've created a Team, where I'm the project leader;

- in Tempo, on the reports page, I can see my team, my time entries, but none of the time entries of my team members.

Could you please give me some advice, what am I missing here?

Hi. It was an internal error, has been fixed without any further notice. This issue is no longer valid, my setup was correct.
