Mark de Bont [Terberg] November 3, 2020

Should I roll-back or not? 7.2.1 is the latest on the marketplace

Hi @Mark de Bont [Terberg] and @Daniel Ebers

You're absolutely correct. We observed some negative interactions between A4J  7.2.2 and some Jira instances and therefore have removed this version from the Marketplace.

In the case that you have already installed this version, we recommend rolling back to the 7.2.1 Version.

Cheers,

Chris

Hi Mark,

this is something that can be seen through several Apps from time to time - probably a quality issue has been observed and is being addressed in such cases.

For the case Automation is not troubling on your system right now I'd suggest to observe the situation for another week and look how things go.

Rolling back Apps is not always fun and as long there is no specific concern I'd just wait for a few days.

Cheers,
Daniel
