Zephyr Test dropdown menu does not display on top menu after upgrade to 3.6

We just upgraded Zephyr for JIRA to version 3.6. Some JIRA users are reporting that the Test dropdown menu is no longer displayed in the JIRA menu bar. They are also stating that the Linked Test cases are not rendering correctly on the JIRA tickets.
We are JIRA Server Datacenter version 7.4.2
Zephyr Version 3.6
Browsers tested - Chrome, FireFox
