Are you on a Server/DC or Cloud instance of Jira?

We have an API available for Server/DC, see: https://avisi-apps.gitbook.io/atlas-crm-for-jira-server/advanced/api

You can use this API to retrieve new contacts/companies.

what i mean is there a way that Jira can fetch date from existing db

and store it in some customizable fields in Jira?

Jira can fetch data from your existing database, but you need to make API calls for that.

If you're having any questions about this, I advise you to contact an Atlassian Solution partner or ask help in a support ticket from Atlassian.
