Render error when using conditions validator plugin

The activity panel is being replaced with the following error when the conditions validator is enabled:

"Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:activitymodule'. Please contact your JIRA administrators."

When the plugin is disabled, the problem goes away. The extra special part of this one is the above does not happen for EVERY issue, only some issues

Cleanup of redundant SIL code in Dev environment removed "unnamed_12.sil" but it was still referenced in the condition. Removed the reference in the condition and the problem cleared up.
