I have contact@domain.com as the primary email address for JSD. I also have a few other aliases setup (info@domain.com and support@domain.com)
I was reading https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/Configure-more-than-one-email-channels-in-a-project/qaq-p/690096 to set these aliases up, and I'm trying now to figure out what email address spawned the JSD ticket.
HOw can I determine which email address the JSD ticket was created by?
