How can I get a license installed?  Looks like ours has expired.

Faced the same issue - the plugin is free but you have to get a licence key through the ServiceRocket homepage (http://marketplace.servicerocket.com/product/visibility-plugin) and install it in Confluence Admin - not via the Plgin Manager, but search for the extra menu item ServiceRocket Plugins
