Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
This question is about the Jira Outgoing Email Template Editor add-on. I've installed the add-on, but when I open the Email Template Editor, there are now templates displayed on the left-hand menu. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on, but still do not see the templates. Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions on how to fix this situation?
