Strange behaviour of custom label field

I created a custom label field called "Einreicher". The label is entered by users during task editing. In a later state a sub-task is automatically created which copies the value of this field to the subtask.

Directly after creation of the sub-task this value is not to be seen. After an amount of time (30-45 minutes) suddenly the value is present.

Does anyone has an idea why jira is behaving like this?
