Strip Quotes for Emails in CC

We are using Jira Service Desk with JEMH for the outgoing emails and Jira Service Desk for incoming messages. Strip Quotes works fine as long as we have a 1on1 communication. When our JSD Mail is in CC and a conversation happens between several parties the comments do not strip the older messages from the other people in the conversation.

Is there a way to always strip the messages and just add the actual comment done by that person?
