We are using this add on in order to sync JIRA queries to Zendesk. We are seeing a lot of "Error: Rendering this content exceeded the timeout of 30 seconds." on our Zendesk articles.
I broke up the queries into a few smaller ones (less than 56 tickets per query) per Patrick and Atlassian's suggestion. I also tried making a page with the new Confluence editor (with the smaller queries) per Atlassian's other suggestion. Neither worked.
Has anyone else ran into this and found a solution?
Note: We are on the cloud instance so we cannot edit the Page timeout in Atlassian's settings.
This is not an answer but an add-on to your question. We've been unable to get our Jira queries to populate data on the ZenDesk side. Each time the result is "No issues found". Even though there are issues on the sync'ed Confluence page.
How were you able to get the Jira query to display any data on the ZenDesk side.
NOTE: We did make the Jira Filter, which feeds the Confluence page, public.
