The TeamViewer custom field was not found. Please configure the plugin.
I have checked documentations and community. Could not found the answer. Based on the plugin instructions, nothing has to be done to make Teamviewer work.
Please advice.

I have reviewed the TeamViewer Integration for Jira Server and indeed it seems that no configuration is needed to have this add-on working.
However, I can also see that other customers are reporting the same issue in the teamviewer forum:
Therefore, I would suggest to open a support request with the add-on vendor by using the below link:
If needed, they will get in touch with our developers in order to get this issue solved.
