Tempo. Have you ever met the need to Approve TimeSheet within Project

I have the following case, and wondering if you guys have already met the same need/problem and what are your suggestions how to solve it.
So the case: 
There are two Jira Projects - "A" and "B".
Projects are being managed by different Project Managers - PM1 and PM2
There are 6 Developers working and logging time in both projects (A and B).
PM1 wants to Approve TimeSheets of these 6 developers only for hours spent on Project "A"
And PM2 wants the same - Approve TimeSheets of these 6 developers only for project "B" and he doesn't want to know anything about developers time spent in Project "A".

So both PM1 and PM2 want to get approval request of time only for Projects they lead.

What can you suggest on how to solve such case?
