Tempo Planner - Cannot see Issue data in the right sidebar or planner module

Hi Team,

 

I am new to Tempo Resource management plugin and I am trying to understand it's functionality.

There is a right sidebar of issues from which we can drag the particular issue and can plan that issue and can assign it to any user.

However, I cannot see any issue in any filter in the right sidebar of the planner module. But I can see those issue if I click on "+" icon of any user and try to add the issue for plan.

May I know if I am doing something wrong? I have attached screenshot for the same.

 

Note: I have assigned the project in the team configuration and I have created issues by associating Temp Team while creating a problem.

Hi @Pankti Shah ,

you can configure the sidebar. The filters you see are native Jira filters and you need to check if you have any results in those filters.

Are you on Server or Cloud?

Hi Alexander, thank you for your response. Yes, there are issues in each filter. As you can see from the picture, I have list of issues in the left hand side popup under "Recent" tab but on the same time the same filter "recent" is not showing anything on the right hand side issue bar. I am not getting any issue in the right Issues toolbar for each filter.

May I know from where can I configure the side bar?

Hi Pankti,

you can configure the sidebar from the coque wheel on the top right of the filter (right hand side of "Issues").

But if you can´t see the same information on both areas I would say you should contact Tempo support. They can investigate this.
