Tempo Timesheet Permission is missing

when I log in as Jira admin and go to Administration, then the in Navigation "Tempo Permissions" is missing.

With Tempo Timesheets 8.1, Tempo Permissions have been removed and incorporated with JIRA Permissions:

In the blue banner just above the "where is Tempo Permission" you have a link to JIRA Global Permissions - where you can find part of the permissions. Other permissions can be found on the Project Permissions pages of JIRA projects.
