Tempo planner in JIRA interaction with issues

Hello,

My company assign me a new mission on "JIRA".

I must find a solution to provide interaction between "JIRA" issues and "Tempo planner".

When an issue is recorded by a customer, the service delivery manager of my company will create many subtasks and affect them to different person in the company with a delivery date for each subtask.

The idea is to automaticaly set the planning in "Tempo planner" regarding the subtasks dates and assignees.

At the moment I have absolutely no idea on how to realise that...

Does anyone have any clue for me?
