Issue: On my JIRA plans, the start date of the epics keep on moving even if there is a reported progress. Eg. On the my plan the start date for one of the epic was June 1st since it was the start of the current sprint. When the new sprint started in July, the start date shifted to July 1st. There are releases tagged against the stories under this epic that have start dates earlier than July 1 and some are tagged as Done status.
Any tips on what to do to avoid the start dates to avoid the start date from shifting to the start date of the current sprint?
