We have different filters created based on different JQL’s . We want to trigger the result of the Filters using different email body and subject every time the condition gets satisfied.
Currently in JIRA we have only one Filter Template which would be getting triggered every time whenever the Filter is subscribed. I want to trigger different emails based on different JQL’s using different templates.
Is there any add-on available which can solve this purpose. Please suggest.
I think that this is something that the Automation for Jira plugin could do. I believe it can use JQL filters a means to trigger specific actions to happen, like sending emails when specific issues match a specific JQL query for example.
It is possible there are other plugins out there that might be able to do this, but this is one I know of that I think most closely matches what you are looking for.
