I was trying to install this app in our test environment but I am getting the below error during the step to connect the Jira Server for Slack app to my Jira site

Unauthorized (401)

Encountered a
"401 - Unauthorized"
error while loading this page.

os_authType was 'any' and an invalid cookie was sent.

Go to Jira home

Please let me know how to resolve this error.

Hey Sai,

I'm curious if you were able to get this working. Based on the small amount here, I'm wondering if you had a session timeout on the Jira side before you were able to finish configuring the integration.

For example, following the steps in the setup documentation, you need to paste some credentials from Slack back in to a page in Jira Administration. The time to generate this on the Slack side, while reading the documentation, definitely could have been longer than your admin session lasted in Jira (15 minutes by default). Re-authenticating as an administrator and trying to paste in again should clear the error up if this was the case.

Thanks,
