Want to run a script to loop search for multiple issues with specific words in their descriptions.

Hello, 

I am new to JIRA, and I need to do this. 

1. I have an excel sheet with 1000 functions. 
2. I need to match them to issue keys - where the description contains the function.
3. My output is that on the excel sheet - I need to have the keys (in their hyperlinked form) next to the corresponding function. 

Any chance I can do this with a script? Also, I have no JAVA background, so if there's alr a plugin, that will be more than fantastic.
