We are looking for a Jira app to upload version info

Hi,

We are looking for an app that enables the Project Administrator to upload all version data: the collection of dll's, exe's, wars, jars etc. that belong to a version. Let's call these Fix Parts.
Also, the developer should be able to select a Fix Part name with its Fix Part version when fixing the issue.

Component builds app is not an option; we use components as a larger level than a build part.
