Web resource for AUI Single Select for Jira Software

I am trying to use AUI Single Select in my add-on for Jira software. https://docs.atlassian.com/aui/7.10.2/docs/single-select.html

I am doing the implementation in Scriptrunner and in Rest endpoints, I need to add a single select.

Since it's an experimental AUI, they required the web resource key. I am not sure where I can specify this resource key. My goal is to build a drop-down and the user can select an option. After they select an option, it will display some sort of data. 

I am unable to add web-resource in Scriptrunner, I have posted the same question to Scriptrunner support team and according to them, its a Jira issue as Jira is not picking startup arguments. Is there any other way to add web resources in Scriptrunner?
