Our JIRA Support Entitlement Agreement expires soon. I take it that once the SEN expires we can no longer apply updates, new releases or new versions of JIRA. Is that correct?
If it is correct that we must renew, what is the cost to renew? Is it the same as the original purchase cost?
Thank you.
Renewal is half the original cost.
You can still upgrade if you do not renew, but only to versions released before your support expires.
So if your licence expires today, then you can upgrade to Jira 7.7, but if 7.8 comes out tomorrow, you can't go to that.
