I've tried to submit a support ticket for the first time on support.atlassian.com and when I filled in the actual details, there was a popup about "failed SEN validation". So I went to my product page, found a SEN and wanted to enter somewhere. However, I didn't find an appropriate field. Where do I enter it?
When you select Licence Type as Commercial, you will see a Text Box where you can enter SEN.
Ah OK, I've selected Evaluation and the text box was not there.
