Quick question: I have added the Zendesk addon for Jira and everything works as intended but one thing: creating a ticket from Zendesk.
And here comes the strange part. If I am creating a new project in Jira and then try to create an issue from Zendesk into the new Jira project, all good, it works. But if I am trying to create an issue into one of the existing projects, once I select the project and click on 'create issue', it's staying on that screen (loading) forever.
The projects ( the new one and old one) are the same - or I am not able to spot any difference.
Any idea what I am missing here?
Jira version used: 7.4.0 (local)

The issue was due to the user used for the integration not being in the developer's group.
