Zendesk for Jira does not integrate status and no possibility of configuration

Hi,

I have the Zendesk for Jira app installed. And as of May 27th, the integration that notifies Zendesk about the closure of the issue stopped working.

I tried to enter the app's configuration area, but the page keeps loading endlessly, not allowing me to restart the app.

Does anyone have any other action options for this problem?
