Steps Followed:

1. Create the Excel file that needs to be imported.
2. Log in to Jira
3. Select the Project > Select Zephyr Squad > Import test
4. Choose the excel file
5. Enter ‘2’ in the ‘Row number begin to import’ filed
6. Select the Discriminator as Test case name change
7. Select the import all sheets option ( radio button)
8. Click on next

 Mapping fields should be available to map the excel file and jira fields. But unable to see that, after sometime (import encountered a fatal error and could not proceed and try again error message displayed.)

This is not a jira error but it's a error caused by a problem in your system. It might be because the antivirus has expired in your system. Updating antivirus might solve your problem.
