issuesWithRemainingTime JQL function

I'm trying to create a filter using the tts.issuesWithRemainingTimeLessThan JQL function, but it doesn't seem to be working.

My search is:

project = "Engineering Escalations Queue" AND issue in tts.issuesWithRemainingTimeLessThan(1d, "Start Investigation")

I get two results, one of which shows Time to SLA of "Start Investigation" as 1 day, 3 hours, 9 minutes.

Why is this showing in the results when it doesn't seem to satisfy the criteria of Remaining Time Less Than 1 day?
