zendesk plugin installation error?

When I tried to install Zendesk for JIRA plugin via UPM, I got the following error

Problem accessing plugin file at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/net.customware.plugins.connector.zendesk.zendesk-connector-plugin/version/2?from=upm.</span<>>

Any idea?

I have tried by Atlassian Marketplace directly and it works fine. You can follow the next steps:

1. Download Zendesk for JIRA

2. Check out Installing a plugin manually
