Enhancements to Opsgenie’s mobile app

Opsgenie’s newest mobile app offers multiple enhancements including customizable saved search, read-only postmortems, an app-switcher, a quick lock option for added security, and more. Read below for the full details, and as always make sure you’re using the most updated app available for your operating system.

Customizable saved search

You can now customize your saved searches and choose which searches you’d like to be listed. Select as many as you want saved searches to appear on both the alerts and incident dashboard, and easily update them at any time.

Click “edit saved search” to select the searches you want displayed:

View postmortems on the go

You can now view postmortems directly from your mobile phone. Read through the incident details, summary, timeline and attachments. Please note that postmortems aren’t editable from mobile.

Optimized login and settings page

We’ve updated the look and feel to the login and settings page to enhance ease of use.

In case you missed it (ICYMI), we also introduced an app-switcher to mobile so you can easily open your other Atlassian tools.

And in other ICYMI news, we also introduced a quick lock option so that the Opsgenie app will lock after two minutes. You can enable quick lock from Settings. Once enabled the Opsgenie app will lock after two minutes and require your password, FaceID or TouchID to unlock.
