Hello,
We have multiple teams that are on-call and I'm wondering if there is a way to create an Alert query to see alerts for all the teams?
upon checking this guide, I'm not seeing anything.. https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/search-queries-for-alerts/
however, just checking in with the experts to see if there is a way.
Example would be a single query to see alerts for 'Team 1' and 'Team 2' and 'Team 3'.
Thanks
Hi @William Butt ,
By default, and Admin/Owner in Opsgenie can see alerts from all teams on the alert dashboard. Users with role of "user" (i.e. non Admins/Owners) can only see alerts from teams that they are a member of.
You can query for alerts with Team1 or Team2 or Team3 as a responder using the following:
responders: Team1 or Team2 or Team3
Thanks @Samir
Upon review, when I created my query, it defaults to the 'AND' operator and not the 'OR'... it now works as I need it.
Thanks for the response.
