Hi @David Bidle ,
According to the documentation you should be able to create a custom user role and then remove this permission from this role.
Check it out here: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/learn-user-roles-and-permissions/
Cheers,
Peter
Thank you for the suggested solution @Peter Van de Voorde :)

Hi David,
This is Mona here, happy to help :)
As @Peter Van de Voorde correctly mentioned, to restrict users from Acknowledging all alerts via voice notification, you should create a custom user role and then remove "Acknowledge All" permission from it.
For more details, please refer to the below doc: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/learn-user-roles-and-permissions/
This way, the user will not have permission to Acknowledge all alerts. That being said, we have raised this use case as a Feature request to our Engineering team and here's the Feature Request ticket for your reference:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-2259
Please feel free to add yourself as a watcher to this ticket and upvote it to get the latest updates. To learn more about our Feature Implementation policy, please refer to the below doc:

Thanks & Regards,
Mona
