Can I create portmortem in diferent account to incident account origin?

In our group we crentralized alerts and incidents for all company's group in an only account.

we have a confluence for each company, can we create post mortem of incidents from this centralized account in the confluences of other companies (account)?

Post-mortems can only be exported directly to Confluence accounts that exist on the same Atlassian cloud site. However, if you have a Confluence instance on the same site as Opsgenie, you could export it there and then share it via Confluence sharing with the Confluence accounts of the other Companies.
