Hi team,
We are planning to request a special grace period for Opsgenie as part of our migration to Jira Service Management (JSM), and we do not intend to purchase (renew) Opsgenie subscription.
In this context, we would like to confirm what happens to the Opsgenie REST API URL after the payment becomes overdue. We have received information stating that:
If you do not purchase Opsgenie and your payment becomes overdue, the Opsgenie REST API will continue to be available and supported until April 2027. This means that even if you are transitioning to Jira Service Management (JSM) and choose not to renew your Opsgenie subscription, the REST API will remain functional until that date.
Could you please confirm whether this information is accurate?
Hi @Parvin Aliyeva, I was just looking this up yesterday and yes, the information you received is correct regarding the Opsgenie REST API.
