Unfortunately our email integration is missing the "Actions" what do we have to do to make them visible? Otherwise it is unfortunately not possible for us to close alarms via email or?

Are you referring to the actions found under an integration's Advanced tab?

The Advanced tab and these actions are only available on Standard and Enterprise plans. If you do not see this tab, you are likely subscribed to either a Free or Essentials plan - which do not include this functionality.
So yes - if you do not see the Advanced tab - it's not gonna be possible for you to close alarms via the Email integration since you cannot define / configure what types of emails will actually close an open existing Opsgenie alert.
