We are a current opsgenie client and need support for the existing product. How do you get support pre-migration?
I am having the same issue of trying to find a support email or contact to provide the business since they are requesting one. We use Opsgenie tool and cant seem to find any support email group or contact information anywhere.
@Mohammad Shamsi you raise support tickets at support.atlassian.com
Select technical assistance and then the Opsgenie product. Once it asks for your URL you will enter the Atlassian cloud site URL that Opsgenie is on.

hi @Ron Compos
You can visit support.atlassian.com and submit the request to our Opsgenie support team by selecting technical issues >> Opsgenie for the product.

@Ron Compos to clarify on this you do need to be admin within the Opsgenie account. Plain user role is unable to submit support cases due to not having the necessary access to troubleshoot

I have been able to submit a support ticket in the past. Can you tell us who our designated contact is, if not me?

Again, to confirm....every time I try to enter support, we are rejected as we do not yet have an Atlassian domain....even under the opsgenie option.
